I am a third-year graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln working with Alexandra Seceleanu. I study commutative algebra and am particularly interested in ideals that are stable under group actions and applications of combinatorics to commutative algebra. Recently, I’ve been reading about initial ideals and determinantal ideals. My interests also include combinatorial game theory, fuzzy logic, and theorem proving in Lean, and I enjoy introducing undergraduate students to these and other engaging mathematical topics.
